Cancellation Policy
Once you have confirmed your booking by entering your credit card details on our payment form after receiving your invoice you are subject to the cancellation policy detailed below:
Golf Holiday Packages
If you cancel:
- 7 days or more before the check-in date, you will be subject to a 5% admin fee.
- less than 7 days before the check-in date, you will be subject to a 1 night room charge.
- less than 3 days before the check-in date, you will be subject to a 1 night room charge, as well as 100% of both the green fees and transfer fees for the first golf round.
Policies dictated by the hotel will always take precedence over the policy stated here. This can occur during peak holiday seasons. If the requested hotel's policies are different to those stated above, our reservations staff will advise you of the applicable cancellation policy.
Golf Only Packages
If you cancel:
- 3 days or more before tee-off date, you will be subject to a 5% admin fee.
- less than 3 days before tee-off date, you will be charged 100% of the green fee.

Amendments
Golf Packages with Accommodation
Our amendment policy will only apply after you have secured your reservation by providing us with your credit card details after receiving your invoice.
Amendments made:
- 5 days or more before your check-in date: In the event that there is a price difference, if the difference is in your favor, you will be refunded the amount less an administrative charge of 5%.
- less than 5 days before the check-in date, you will be subject to a 1 night room charge.
- less than 5 days before the check-in date, you will be subject to 100% of both the green fees and transfer fees, as well as a 1 night room charge.
Golf Only Packages
In the event that there is a price difference, if the difference is in your favor, you will be refunded the amount less an administrative charge of 5%.
Non-Arrival
In the event of non-arrival, you will be subject to 100% of both the green fees and transfer fees. If your package includes accommodation you will also be subject to either a 1 night room charge or for the whole period, depending on the hotel's no show policy.
Inclement Weather
In the event of course closure due to inclement weather, Phuket.Net will refund your payment in full. On occassions where play is deemed possible, or has already begun, the individual course's discretion and “rain-check” policy applies.
Privacy Policy
At Phuket.Net, we understand and respect the importance of your privacy. It is our policy that personal information, such as your name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number is private and confidential.
Accordingly, the personal information you provide is accessible only by designated staff and is only used for the purpose for which you provide the information, (such as pay for advertising or to book a hotel room).
Personal information is not released to third parties, except if release is required by law, or is pertinent to judicial or governmental investigations or proceedings. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties.
